These valves are approved according to EN 12828 only with pressure rates of 2,5 and 3,0 bar. H valves may be used only up to an operating pressure of max 3 bar. Discharge capacity refers to column QNsv V of the datasheet.
If more than one safety valve is used in parallel, the smaller must have a blow-of capacity of at least 40% of the total. Safety valves must be designed so that the maximum permissible operating pressure that can occur in the heating system, or in a part thereof, may be secured.
Comply with EN ISO 4126-1:2013; however, a minimum diameter of DN 15 is necessary. Safety valves must be accessible on the heat generator or built into the supply pipe in its immediate proximity, without a barrier between the heat generator and the safety valve.
